   Al has been a long time friend of our family and he is always honest and upfront about insurance and what the company can do. he is a nice guy and everyone in the office is very caring and friendly when we stop in. i always have any questions i need answered and any claims are handled super quick. i get everything i need and i currently have car insurance for 2 cars and home insurance with state farm. i just recently bought a life insurance policy with them and it was upfront and easy to get. i would highly recommend this insurance agent because he goes above and beyond his job responsibilities and honestly wants to help you. it is hard to find someone that is great at what they do and has more than just your money in mind.

   Their rates are fair and the coverage is standard. I’ve never had any problems with them like I’ve had with other agents in the past. Their customer service is great and hey have a small town agent feel. I’ve been lucky enough to have never needed to use my insurance but I think that if I needed to they would stand behind me. Insurance in the past has been mechanical. I get my account auto drafted each month and never hear from them about anything. I’ve had two claims in my 25 years of driving and it was a massive hassle with other insurance agents or companies. I don’t feel I’d have to deal with that level of impersonal treatment with my current agent. It’s nice to know or at least feel insured.

   this agent was extremely helpful to me and really made me feel like a priority to the company.

   my dad recommended Al Anding to me when i was looking for auto insurance. i went into the office and was greeted right away. Al came out immediately and took me back in his office. he asked what i was looking for and promised he would be able to help me. he asked for all my details and was able to give me the lowest rate. i wanted to only get liability insurance initially but Al advised me to get full coverage since i would be driving a long commute everyday. i agreed and he gave me a great price since i was worried about saving money. he went over the policy and claim information and then asked me if i was interested in saving more with a bundle discount. i told him i wasn’t really looking for anything else and he happily proceeded to draw up the paperwork. he gave me a temporary card and paperwork to keep in my car. he thanked me very much and gave me a coupon for a local coffee shop since my birthday was 2 days before. at a later date i went back to his office because i was interested in buying health insurance. he was again very helpful and told me what he could offer me. i agreed on a 6 month policy with the option to renew of course. he swabbed my mouth for drug testing and draw up all other paperwork. he was very kind and thanked me generously for coming down. he even made a few jokes because i was unsure about who to leave the policy to. i ended up leaving it to my son instead of my husband after we talked it over. i felt very valued as a customer and he was a genuinely nice person. he seemed to really care about his customers and takes his job very seriously. i was not disappointed in my experience.
