My overall experience has been above my expectation
I have been with this agency for 6 years. The company came highly recommended by several friends and other people in my neighborhood. The staff they have is always very polite and go out of there way to please their customers. They do everything they can to get you the lowest price available but do not lose any coverages in the long run. The staff never makes the customer feel rushed into anything, they take the time to explain all the coverages and why you should or should not include them in the policy. They also allow you to pay over the phone which is much more conveint than having to go into the office or mail in a check. Overall, I would gladly recommend this agency to anyone in the market for insurance.
