Great Company and Agent
Been with Chris Windhorst and Farmers Insurance over 9 years now and love them. They are always super friendly and help with claims and questions as I have them. My agent is great and is always a pleasure to work with!!!

HORRIBLE - CROOKS
Go somewhere else. He kept us at an obscenely high rate with the promise that the premiums were going down in December, then March, then June. We wised up, shopped the insurance and immediately got BETTER COVERAGE FOR 1/2 THE COST. He is dishonest and just out for his monthly quota.

Fantastic Agent!!!
Chris is the best Insurance agent I have ever had. He cares about me, taught me about my coverages. Helped me with claims and is just a great guy. I love my agent!! If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. I could not recommend more highly him as being your agent!

It has been a positive experience overall.
When we purchased our home I called many different insurance agents for quotes. Some with Farmers and others. Some agents were very slow to respond to my call and we were working with a tight deadline. Other agents responded but the price quoted for a combined homeowners and car insurance policy was a bit absurd. My husband also wanted earthquake insurance and that is quite a bit of added expense so when Chris gave me the best quote and returned my call within a very short amount of time, we chose to go with him. Overall our experience working with him has been very good. If I can’t get ahold of him at his office he is always very responsive when I call his cell phone number. The only complaint I have is that it is occasionally necessary to go into the office to get our insurance cards for our cars because they don’t come in the mail when they are supposed to. He is very helpful at these times even though he resorts to tricks to find out my name while pretending that he hasn’t forgotten it.
