My experience has been very professional and prompt
Butch Swank is very professional and has a great team of agents in his office. Everybody is so friendly and knowledgeable there. I always have a lot of questions about what I need on my policy and what the different things mean and I always get excellent answers to help me make a decision, no matter how trivial things are. When ever I need to call and ask about my policy or when I had a claim to process it’s never a problem to get somebody on the phone and anybody who answers is always friendly and understanding, especially if you were just in an accident. You’d think they were like family they way they act. I’m very satisfied with my agent and the company that I have coverage with.
