Michelle was very helpful and honest without being pushy.
I have connected with Michelle on multiple occasions in person and through email or over the phone. I have been very pleased with her assistance. She has always provided multiple options for me, stayed within the price range I wanted to be in, and was never pushy or attempted to guilt me into a purchase. We have had auto insurance through this company for many years and I recently made some changes to our policy to reflect our needs and the fact that our vehicle is getting quite old. I have also purchased a term life policy as well as renters insurance through Michelle in the last few months. She was excellent at listening to our needs and budget constraints and finding policies that provided us with the most coverage for the least deductible and monthly payment possible. I would contact her again in the future for our insurance needs.
