Le Nard is helpful and has been the most helpful agent i have ever known.
I have called this agent up on numerous occasions. He is always helpful and does everything possible to help me out. I actually called the cell phone number at 9 pm one night when I had bought a car 4 states away and without complaint, it was added to my insurance and verification was e-mailed to me. I get a personal call every 3 months to make sure nothing has changed and to make sure I am still happy and satisfied. Up until my experience with this agent, I had never had much use for insurance agents or companies. I will now be a lifetime customer of the Le Nard agency and Le Nard will always be saved on my cell phone.The quality of service I receive is beyond anything that I ever expected or could have hoped for.
