It’s not that often that I need to call to make a change to my plan, but when I do they remember who I am. It’s like dealing with a company in a small town or with family. I had an accident where I had hit a patch of black ice and rolled my truck. I walked away unharmed, but my truck was in terrible shape. He was very quick to get someone there to look at my truck and they took care of everything for me so I didn’t have to worry about anything. I was sure that they were going to total my truck, but they ended up fixing everything on it. He said it was too nice of a truck to total, which I was glad to hear that I would get to keep it.
My agent is amazing. I have been with this agent for about 14 years. My ex and I used them when we bought our place together. She had used him in the past and said that he was awesome. The phone was answered quickly, no long hold time. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me explaining all the options available to me. I’ve had to call quite a few times in order to make changes to my coverage, because of moving or getting a new car. The changes were made quickly. I would receive a letter withing a couple days letting me know that the changes had been made. I was also able to get coverage for an engagement ring. His office has that small town feel to it, they remember you when you call.
