Kevin is a pleasant man who is very helpful.
Kevin is a very helpful agent. He has relatively quick response times, and he is willing to go the extra mile to provide his clients with the information they require. We have had to submit two different claims during the time we have been working with Kevin and each of the claims was handled quickly and efficiently. Kevin also takes the time to inform us of available promotions offered to ANPAC clients. Thanks to his diligence we were able to obtain a free legal will prepared by an expert. This extra service is just one example of how Kevin makes our lives easier. He also took the time to present to us and explain different life insurance products offered by ANPAC even though we did not ultimately choose to purchase one of their products.
