So far, my experience with this agent has been excellent.
I chose this agent after a bad experience with another insurance company. However, they are local and the price was way better and offered better coverage for less money. I haven’t had a single issue with them and I look forward to keeping them for many years to come. Although I signed up for the policy online, I was actually contacted by the local offices Office Manager asking me if there was anything else they could do for us which I thought was awesome because for the most part with other insurance companies I’ve been with in the past I never heard from an actual person or had any contact with the company at all unless it was for a complaint. My mother in law and father in law have had state farm for many years now and recommended them to us. I am very pleased with them at this point.
