He is very percise and easy to work with.
I’ve dealt with multiple State Farm agents. Most seem overly zealous about there plans and want you to purchase the first thing they throw at you based on your age. Randy broke down different price options available to me and for my mother based on our needs and income. He also worked to get us the cheapest rates possible for the region that we live in. Everything seems expensive here. He didn’t tack anything on that we didn’t need. There were no hidden fees or taxes that I didn’t know about. He was focused and straight to the point once we had the skeleton of a plan I wanted figured out. He’s very professional, not money based and young enough for me to relate to verses some other agents in the community.
