Friendly and Efficient
I had just purchased insurance from him and I felt he treated me like I had been with him for years. I accidentally damaged my car and he picked up the first time I called, had all the information ready for me, sent emails, etc. A week later he even called to follow up and make sure everything was alright. This was surprising as the insurance isn’t that expensive and the office quite small. I would say that I agree with others that when I went to get a quote that they did call me many more times than I would have expected. Otherwise when I went to get the insurance initially he was very friendly and working on the weekend. I also think the assisting staff are generally good in person, but not on the phone. Overall decent guy and help.
