1. Shortly after college I was renting a house in a neighborhood near Joe’s office. I wanted a renter’s insurance policy and knew his office was close by, so I stopped in without an appointment. Overall the experience was what I hoped it would be. I was greeted, only waited a few minutes, before I was seen by one of Joe’s representatives who assisted me with selecting the renter’s insurance policy that made sense for me. They answered all my questions and I set up my account and initiated the policy that day. The payments were easy and when it came time to end the policy, there was no issue with cancelling it. The experience was satisfactory and meet my expectations of what I was looking for. I would use this office again.

2. I purchased renter’s insurance a while back from Joe because the office was convenient to the rented property. I called to verify that I didn’t need an appointment, which was nice, I was able to simply stop by and create the policy on the spot, which is what I was looking for. Overall the service was fine, quick, and what I had anticipated. Setting up the policy was quick and easy, just a few forms to complete, background info, payment method, etc. I was annoyed by the repeated requests they sent me to buy other policies or expand services. They would send letter after letter offering me this and that, and I just wasn’t in to it. I suppose they get new business this way, so I don’t blame them, I just wasn’t interested.
