1. When I first was shopping for insurance. I used an online form where I put in my basic information (car make, model, year, age, etc.) and it sent it to local agents so that they could get quotes. Then contact me via phone. I received multiple unreasonable quotes that was $200+ more than my monthly car payment. Untill Scott called and gave me a quote that was great. Especially considering the 5-6 quotes I received elsewhere.(about $490 less than the highest one) I told him that I like the quote, but would like to wait for a few more quotes before I make my decision. He was polite and said he understood. So I told him I would call him the next day to let him know or not if I would be going with him or another as my agent.
   At the time I was working at the same place as my father and I told him about the quotes I was receiving. He thought that Scott’s quote was a good one as well. So he asked me to get a quote for him when I called Scott back just to see if it could be a better deal that his current payments.
   I called Scott back and told him I would be going with him and asked if he could get my dad a quote. He said sure so I gave him the basic information required. In a jiff he got back to me with a quote. Turned out reasonably better so my dad said he was gonna switch over to him as well. I told Scott that we would both head there after work. He said not to worry he would come to us, and also buy us lunch. Even though me and my dad already agreed we going to go fill the paperwork out after work prior to him offering to buy us lunch, save us the gas, also time going there. I found to be a very polite gesture.
   Alright this is becoming a very long review. Haha, I’ll wrap it up with saying that at the office they have very kind and friendly people there as well. I have yet to run into anyone thatwas rude or receive unhelpful assistance visiting. By far best insurance agent I have seen(with family or friends) or have personally had.

2. Scott Taberes State Farm has been really helpful. He actually found me, I assume through their database because I was with State Farm a long time ago but then I decided to drop them because I found a different carrier that was cheaper. He contacted me about a year and a half ago saying that he could get me the same coverage for better rates, so I went in to his office, told him everything that I needed and he set me up pretty fast. This has been the best customer service because everytime I need something I just shoot them a quick email and they are fast to respond. I have life, renters, and two car insurance plans under them currently and I pay way less than what I use to. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.
