I was referred to him about 10 years ago from a friend. I had some other insurance company for my vehicle. When I bought my house I wanted a different insurance company for both my vehicles and my home. So I decided to give State Farm a call and this was the number that my buddy referred me to. He actually took me out to lunch and we discussed the contracted together. I was very happy that I gave him a call. I even saved money because I was going through State Farm for not only my vehicles insurance, but I was getting them for my home owners insurance as well. Any time that I have ever had any problems or questions they were very friendly and helpful. I don’t think I’ll ever switch.
Every interaction with this agency has been very smooth, with no negative issues at all. Our payments are processed quickly, questions are answered accurately, and the very limited amount of claim activity that we have had has been handled to our complete satisfaction. I would be delighted is this agent could negotiate a better rate for my homeowner’s but that’ is the company, not him, so it is not reasonable to lay that on his doorstep. The predecessor agent for this location did have a dishonest agent working for him, and this cost me dearly, but that agent and the principal agent who owned the agency moved on and the replacement has been to our complete satisfaction. The office is not handicapped accessible, being located on the second floor of a retail center that lacks non-ambulatory access accommodation- this will eventually be an issue for this agency and they will need to have the landlord bring the building into compliance with ADA and local building codes.
