Bad Customer Service
I’m going to share my experience with David Currys office, since they can not be bothered to call their customers back. back story, my card was stolen at very end of july didnt realize our insurance was on my card till the end of Aug. I called made a small payment to them then and said I would call back at the beginning of September to pay the rest. I called on Sept 6th and payed off what I was told my balance plus my September bill, double checked this multiple times while on the phone with the young lady, each time she assured me that this was the August balance plus the September bill and I wouldn’t owe again till October. so imagine my surprise today when I look at my account and see a state farm payment today. I call before their office had opened and talked to the overnight service who said they would send it as urgent to the office and I should recieve a phone call shortly after they open…. No call… I call at 11am and talk to multiple people in the office and after talking to 3 different people they tell me that July and August is what I payed at the beginning of Sept not August Sept. I explained that that was not what I was told and he said that she was probably just planning on double charging me in October for September October. I ask them why I was told differently and they said they would talk to the girl I talked to on the 6th and get back to me they offered me a refund and said it would take acouple of days, I said yes but that my bank was now over drawn and acouple days would not save me from the over draft fees I was now going to get and still wanted someone to call me back to explain to me what happend… NO CALL…. so at 5pm my husband calls and they said they were busy can they call us back… NO YOU CAN NOT CALL US BACK APPARENTLY YOU DONT KNOW HOW. he sat on the phone for 30 mins and at the end of those 30 mins they inform us billing is closed they cant do anything more tonight and that I had refused the refund they offered me earlier in the day… but that David would call us after he got out of his meeting at 6… well here it is 7pm and no call. this is the customer service you offer… this is how you presented yourself to a customer you have had for multiple years… and this is why I’m now shopping for new insurance providers and recommending you run for the hills if your thinking of doing business with David Currys office”

It has been fine.
His office is a convenient location for my family, the assistants and workers respond to questions quickly, they are friendly overall and do a good job with whatever issues I have. I have been using this company for about 16 years now, maybe 17 and I am happy with the overall help and service. The office staff explain everything (issues, troubles, bills, etc.) and get back to phone messages quickly. They keep me updated with issues and concerns and explain everything to work on keeping me and my family covered and to make sure we are getting the coverages. Thank you” to them for taking care of my family and our needs for car and home insurance, as well as rental insurance lately. So to recap, you have made me write a minimum of 130 words, so I’m repeating myself since 130 words minimum isn’t very smart.
